标题: 关于自动标定电池容量问题
黑马BMS自动标定电池容量功能是为了更加准确获取各单体的容量，有助于更加精确计算电池电量、容量和容量衰减等信息。自动标定可以通过两种方式来完成对电池容量的标定：一是充电标定，先将所有电芯都放电到指定电压（三元3.5V铁锂3.25V）以下，等待标定状态显示“标定中”后（最长等待时间为待机10分钟），对电池进行充电直到标定状态显示完成再拔下充电器（最长可能要等到均衡结束才完成标定）；二是放电标定，先将所有电芯都充电到指定电压（三元4.1V铁锂3.37V）以上，等待标定状态显示“标定中”后（最长等待时间为待机10分钟），对电池进行放电直到最低电芯电压放电指定电压后（三元3.35V铁锂3.15V），最长等待待机10分钟完成标定。前者适用于电池容量差异小于10%的电池，后者则对电池没有限制，但是在放电过程中不能让BMS自动断电。

自动标定过程可能会遇到一些问题，可以归纳为以下几种情况：

1、充电标定无法完成，放电显示“标定中”但是充满电后不能显示标定完成。
这种情况可能是因为事先充电时某些电芯可能达到满电标定起始条件，而放电后未能放电到指定电压或者等待相应时间完成标定就开始充电，另一些电芯则事先未达放电标定起始条件，但是放电后却达到充电标定起始条件，因此会导致此次充电标定无法完成。避免这种情况的做法就是将所有电芯放到指定电压以下至少等待待机10分钟或者干脆恢复出厂状态再进行充电标定。还有一种可能就是充电过程中BMS报错重启导致不能完成标定，而此时是所有电芯达到放电标定起始条件，而一直显未“标定中”状态。
2、放电标定无法完成，充满电显示“标定中”但是放电到亏电却不能显示标定完成。
这种情况跟前一种情况类似，就是事先放电的时候某些电芯可能达到充电标定起始条件，而充电后未能达到指定电压或者待机相应时间完成标定就开始放电，另一些电芯则事先未达到充电标定起始条件，但充电后却达到放电标定起始条件，因此导致此次放电标定无法完成。避免这种情况的做法就是将所有电芯充到指定电压以上至少等待待机10分钟或者干脆恢复出厂状态再进行放电标定。
3、自动标定的容量不准。
可能只是达到标定条件但没有完全充放电标定，比如充电标定时刚好放电到临界值（三元3.5V铁锂3.25V）就进行充电标定，因此标定的时候尽量进行一次完全充放电，放电标定时尽量等均衡1结束再开始放电，充电标定时充电效率不要设得太离谱。
4、放电标定很难一次性完成。
有些朋友可能电池容量比较大，不可能一次性就放光电池电量，可能断断续续放电，或者放个几天才能放完，这样就会不容易做放电标定。解决办法就是进行放电标定过程中不放电的时候APP关机，下次开机就会继续接着标定，但是不要隔得时间太久或者中途又对电池进行充电（能量回收影响不大），这样可能就影响电池标定准确度。
